Well-seasoned cauliflower is seared in a cast iron skillet in plenty of melted butter. and finished off in the oven.

Marinated king trumpet mushrooms over southern grits and a red wine reduction

Mushrooms are marinated overnight and the marinade is used to make the beautiful, silky sauce. The grits are straight out of Charleston, done the only way I know how--in a rice cooker! :-)
